How book procurement works
Five stages, each with a document you keep. You stay in control of the list; we handle procurement and delivery.
- 01
Brief or list
You send a title list or criteria under NDA. We reply with a match report showing what is available.
- 02
Quote
A fixed price per copy, covering procurement, handling and delivery to your address.
- 03
Procurement
We source the books and keep a purchase record for every copy.
- 04
Preparation
Each copy is checked, catalogued and packed for shipping.
- 05
Delivery
Shipped by air, sea or road with customs and export paperwork, and a manifest of every copy.
What you send us
- A title list (ISBNs, catalogue IDs or titles and authors), or a brief by language, subject, era and volume
- Your delivery address and preferred mode: air, sea or road
- Any exclusions: publishers, subjects or conditions you do not want
- Your NDA, if you have one; otherwise we send ours
What you get back
- A match report before any money moves
- A fixed quote per copy
- Books delivered in waves, each with a manifest and full documentation
- An exclusion log listing what we did not buy and why
