### How do you avoid sending books we already have?
Share your holdings or an exclusion list with the brief. We match every title against it before quoting and skip anything you already hold.

### What documents come with each delivery?
A line-level manifest (ID, title, language, imprint, year, condition, purchase reference), the seller invoice and receipt for every copy, chain of custody to your door, customs and export documents, and an exclusion log.

### How is pricing set?
Each order gets a fixed price per copy. The price covers procurement, handling and delivery to your address. You see the quote before any money moves.

### How long does it take?
You get a match report and fixed quote within 10 working days of sending a list or brief. Delivery time depends on volume and shipping mode; it is set in the quote.

### Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients begin with a pilot order so their team can review the books and the documentation before scaling up.

### Do you buy rare books, manuscripts or heritage items?
No. We exclude manuscripts, rare and antiquarian books, and anything under export protection in its country of origin. We also avoid emptying a local market of a title that is still in print and in demand.

### Can you keep our company confidential?
Yes. We work under NDA and do not disclose clients to sellers or the public.

### Where can you deliver?
Worldwide, by air, sea or road, including the Gulf, Europe and North America. Customs and export paperwork is handled for every shipment.
